1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Crash Reports: If the App crashes, we collect diagnostic information to help us improve stability.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store audio recordings
• We do not access your microphone or camera
• We do not collect precise location data
• We do not collect health data from Apple HealthKit or Google Fit

Subscription Verification

When you make a purchase in the App, subscription receipts (StoreKit 2 signed transactions) are sent to our backend API hosted on Cloudflare Workers (tranquir-api.jonnyx85.workers.dev) for cryptographic verification against Apple's certificate authority. The receipt contains only your purchase transaction information — no personal information is transmitted or stored on our servers beyond what is required to validate the purchase. Verified transactions are not persisted long-term server-side; entitlement is stored locally on your device.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Usage data is typically retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
